GARDEN CITY, Idaho (AP) — Authorities in southwestern Idaho say the accidental discharge of a large-caliber handgun at a gun show in Garden City injured two people. Ada County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Andrea Dearden says someone attending the Fort Boise Gun Show at Expo Idaho on Saturday picked up a gun that was part of a vendor's display and it discharged into a display case, the bullet striking two other guns.

Dearden says bullet fragments or other fragments caused a serious eye injury to a 23-year-old Mountain Home man who was transported to a hospital with injuries not believed to be life threatening. Dearden says another person received minor injuries to his arm and was treated at the scene.
