BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Idaho Commerce Director Jeff Sayer says he will not name the firm applying for the state's newest tax break incentive.

The tax break offers rebates on state corporate income, sales and payroll taxes. Instead, Sayer and the Idaho Economic Advisory Council are meeting Tuesday in executive session to discuss the details of the application. Sayer says he misspoke when he told The Spokesman-Review last week the council would release the name of the firm.

He says he is following the company's request to keep their name private. The only details Sayer released is that the firm is an aerospace company interested in moving to Ada County, and that the state is considering whether to give them a 25 percent rebate for 12 years.
