Northbound traffic on US Highway 93 was diverted for about two hours yesterday afternoon after a collision between a semi-truck and a PT Cruiser.  The Idaho State Police say 37 year old Shanon Harbaugh of Twin Falls was driving recklessly near the intersection with Highway 93 and East 200 South road in Jerome County when she crossed the center line and struck the rear duals on the tractor cab then traveled down the side of the trailer and was hit by the dual tires on the trailer.  The impact spun her vehicle around and she landed in field.  State Police say Harbaugh had to be extricated from her vehicle.  25 year old Jose Carrillo-Serna of American Falls, the driver of the semi, was not hurt.  Harbaugh was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries.  Highway traffic near the accident scene was detoured around the area until the highway was cleared around 5:30.
