A man from Colorado just made history by becoming the first amputee to be fitted with, and use, thought-controlled dual prosthetic arms.

Les Baugh, who lost both arms in an electrical accident, was able to operate two prosthetic arms by simply thinking about it. They aren't physically connected to him. These aren't implants. He is controlling the arms just by thinking about it.

This is incredible. The work is being done at the John Hopkins University Physical Laboratory with prosthetic designed by DARPA.

And this is just the beginning. Imagine where we'll be in 5 to 10 years.

I, for one, welcome our new cyborg overlords.
