Twin Falls Crews Fix Another Broken Water Main
For the second time this winter Twin Falls city crews responded to a water main break. However, the one this week didn’t damage a newly rebuilt major arterial road. City officials say this water line break was discovered Wednesday morning in Rock Creek near the stock yard.

Murder Charge Dropped Against Burley Man
A charge of second degree murder has been dropped against a Burley man after a judge ruled there is not enough evidence in the case to convict. 24 year old Michael Thompson was arrested in December after a passenger in his pickup, 21 year old Michael Blair of Burley was found shot to death in Thompson’s pickup.

Idaho Schools In Line For More Money In 2013
State spending on public schools is in line for a $30 million increase under Gov. Otter's proposed budget for next year. Public schools chief Tom Luna wanted at least $60 million of a projected state surplus to go toward public education in the fiscal year that starts July 1.
