Jerome, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The Jerome Sheriff’s office has released more details from Sunday morning’s shooting.The driver, Caleb Hensley, of Hazelton was charged with a Parole Violation warrant from the State of Idaho. Enrique Arteaga, also from Hazelton, was charged with a misdemeanor drug possession charge.
On Monday, investigators from the sheriff’s office in Jerome obtained a warrant for the arrest of Cruz Tyson Rubalcava, 21 from Jerome. The warrant is for one count of Burglary and one count of Grand Theft stemming from the shooting on Sunday. Rubalcava was last seen leaving the scene of the shooting. He is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Lt. Dan Kennedy said that the incident happened at 360 West and 100 South in Jerome County. Deputies found 34 year old Angel A Casa-Aquino who was suffering a gunshot wound to the Abdomen. He was transported to St. Luke’s in Twin Falls for treatment.

As of Tuesday afternoon, he is listed in fair condition. According to the Sheriff’s investigation, two Hispanic Males confronted Angel outside his home as he was preparing to leave for work. One of the men shot Angel and both left in the victim’s vehicle. On Monday a Sheriff Deputy spotted the vehicle in Jerome and two suspects were taken into custody.
