TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – The Twin Falls office of the Bureau of Land Management has scheduled a meeting for this Friday morning at the district office.

Thirty minutes of the meeting, from 8:15 to 8:45 a.m., is open for public comment. The meeting starts at 8 a.m.

The remainder of the day will be dedicated to wild horse and burro program education, according to a BLM news release.

The RAC is a 15-member advisory panel that provides advice and recommendations to the BLM on resource and land management issues for around 3.9 million acres of federal public lands within 10 counties in south-central Idaho.

The public comment period is a good time to ask questions and comment about issues.
