BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Authorities in southwest Idaho say a man's body has been recovered from the Snake River. Ada County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Andrea Dearden says the body was reported Friday evening floating in water about two miles from Swan Falls Dam. Police say the body appears to have been submerged for an extended period of time. A Boise man disappeared in the area on April 4 and is presumed to have drowned. The Ada County Coroner's Office is expected to make a positive identification today.
