Should it surprise two cities considered among the best governed in America are short drives from Twin Falls?  Boise comes in at number two in a WalletHub survey and Provo also cracks the top ten.  I’m looking for some common denominators for the cities on the list but can’t find many.  It’s a split between warm weather and cold weather locations.  A split between homogenous and cosmopolitan.  A split between political parties in control.  While the leaders mostly appear to be second tier cities and smaller there are also some big players on the list, which you can see here.  What’s your explanation for possible common factors when it comes to making the list?
