BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Boise man has pleaded guilty to trying to sexually assault one woman in the parking lot of a Boise mall in May and running over another woman who tried to help her. Greggory Macho pleaded guilty Wednesday to felony aggravated assault, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and destruction of evidence in the May 14 attack. Sentencing is set for Dec. 20. Macho told 4th District Judge Patrick Owen that he doesn't remember much of what happened, saying he drank whiskey and had taken a handful of prescription painkillers before going to the mall. Deputy Ada County Prosecutor Jean Fisher says the Pocatello woman who was run over suffered a broken right femur and left pelvis and still walks with a significant limp. She is still undergoing rehabilitation.
