BOISE, Idaho (KTVB) - A Boise man was arrested Thursday on multiple counts involving minors - including sexual battery.

Michael A. Fuller, 26, is charged with four felony counts of Sexual Battery of a Minor Child 16 or 17 Years of Age, two misdemeanor counts of Providing Alcohol to a Minor and one misdemeanor count of Providing Marijuana to a Minor. Boise police said that they were made aware of an allegation of sexual battery involving an adult male and an underage victim that reportedly occurred in late July 2015.

Although the report was initially made to Meridian police, the case was forwarded to Boise Police Special Victims Unit detectives after it was discovered that the alleged conduct occurred at a Boise residence.

A warrant was issued Wednesday for Fuller's arrest. He was taken into custody and booked into the Ada County Jail on Thursday. Boise police said Fuller was a long-term substitute teacher for the West Ada School District until this past June. Police said information given to investigators is that Fuller was no longer employed by the school district when the alleged crimes occurred.
