BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A southwest Idaho woman police say drove drunk and hit a Boise police sergeant and another pedestrian is facing two felony counts of driving under the influence.

Twenty-five-year-old Margaret Sciales of Boise was taken into custody Sunday outside a Boise nightclub. Police say the sergeant was standing outside his patrol car speaking to another man about a fight at the nightclub when both were struck by Sciales.

Authorities say breath tests found Sciales had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent and 0.12 percent. The police officer and the pedestrian were treated for minor injuries at a hospital and released.
