The first person to be sentenced in a plot to rob a Twin Falls restaurant back in October has received a jail term which was suspended for probation.  19 year old Levi Hays and three others launched a plot to rob the Subway Restaurant on Kimberly Road in Twin Falls last October. To steer police away they first called in a bomb threat to the Twin Falls Walmart store.  The plot didn’t work.  Hays was arrested along with three others.  Hays was sentenced yesterday to 3 to 6 years in prison but that was suspended in lieu of three years’ probation, 30 days in jail and 150 hours of community service.  23 year old Cassius Reynolds is scheduled for sentencing today.  19 year old Angel Estabrook will be sentenced March 5th and 21 year old Terry Plew will be sentenced on March 26th.
