Buhl Teen Killed in ATV Crash

Buhl, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - A Buhl teenager has passed away after an ATV crash Friday afternoon.

Captain Hilliard with the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office confirms 16–year–old Jake Kaes succumbed to his injuries. Police say the boy was riding an ATV when he collided with a SUV at the intersection of 850 East and 4100 North in Buhl.

He was then life–flighted to Boise. The cause is still under investigation. Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
