In Gov. Otter's "State of the State" message yesterday he told Idaho's legislators and Idaho citizens that he'd like to lower the tax rate for Idaho's top tier by .2 percent.  That will mean about $45-million less in tax revenue.  Some don't think this is a good time to lower taxes and others say ANYTIME is a good time to lower taxes...

President Obama has announced he plans to start cutting troops from the military as part of a "realignment" plan to cut spending.  No one will argue there is wasteful spending, but are the troops the ones to cut?  Vote here
