You never know what you're going to find when you search for Twin Falls, Idaho on Ebay. It's not unusual to come across strange Evel Knievel memorabilia or tons of old Twin Falls postcards. What you may not expect to come across is a wild collection of vintage Twin Falls matchbook covers. But, that's exactly what I have for you here.

I've always wanted to live in a log cabin. Blame it on all the Grizzly Adam's TV shows I watched when I was a kid. Just for fun, did a search for log cabins on Zillow and came across this beauty north of Twin Falls. It's got mountain views, sits next to a reservoir and won't cost you a fortune.

While looking at Google Earth to see the canyon by the Perrine Bridge and over to the Shoshone Falls, I noticed some pretty weird looking things in the topography of Twin Falls.

When you walk into the Wilson Theater in Rupert, Idaho, it's hard not to feel like you've been transported back to the roaring 20's. So much of the original architecture is still in place and even the renovated parts have been updated in such a way that you still get that 1920's feel.

It doesn't get much closer than that!

The old saying that lightning never strikes twice is way off and I can prove it. It just so happens that lightning struck like 20 bazillion times over Buhl and Kade Andrews captured it in a beyond belief long-exposure pic.

Shoshone Falls is known as the 'Niagara of the West' with one caveat. It requires that a ton of water be present before it becomes its awesome self. But, even when the flow hasn't really kicked in thanks to winter, irrigation or whatever, it's still pretty great.

There have been some amazing photos shared on the Magic Valley Camera Club Facebook page. The one that Sharon Breshears shared is proof positive that there is no sunset better than a Magic Valley sunset in Idaho.

I've taken a lot of pictures of the Perrine Bridge. It's amazing on a sunny day, but equally spectacular when there's fog especially in the early morning hours. However, I've never seen a really great photo of the Perrine at night - until now.

Instead of sitting through 7 hours of Super Bowl pregame, my family decided to do some good ole Idaho sightseeing. That's one of the benefits of living in Twin Falls. You're never far from fun things to do or great places to see. What you see here is the result of that trip.

My wife and kids love zoos. That's one of the reasons we decided it was time to pay a visit to Zoo Boise. I'm not sure that the animals were as happy to see us as we were to see them, but it was a fun day.

In Twin Falls, we appreciate a good waterfall. Sure, we love Shoshone Falls, but we also love the waterfalls in Idaho Falls. Thanks to the most recent cold snap, the waterfalls in Idaho Falls are a bit frozen. Actually, they are very frozen.
