Change of Plea Moved for Man Accused of Raping 11 Year Old

BURLEY, Id. (KMVT/KSVT) The change of plea day for a Malta man who’s faced with three felony rape charges has moved. Gabriel Reyes-Villa, 48, was booked in the Cassia County Jail in August 2014. He was charged with raping an 11-year-old girl multiple times. He was set to change his plea in district court Feb. 23, but the day has been moved to March 24 at 3:30 p.m. according to officials at the Cassia County Courthouse.
