KETCHUM, Idaho (News Release) – The Sawtooth National Recreation Area is extending the comment period through July 15 on proposed action for the Big Wood Travel Management Plan. 

The comment period ended July 1, but the Forest website server was offline intermittently and, as a result, access was not available that final day.

Those who have submitted timely, specific written comments regarding this proposed project during any designated opportunity for public comment may file an objection.

The documents and maps that describe the proposal in detail are available for review and comment at.

You may review hard copies at the SNRA Headquarters in Ketchum or at the Stanley Ranger Station. You may also request hard copies or CDs containing the information by calling (208) 727-5000.

Written, facsimile, hand-delivered, and electronic comments concerning this action must be received by July 15.
