TWIN FALLS, Id. ( KMVT/KSVT ) A Twin Falls couple remains behind bars after allegedly selling methamphetamine to a confidential informant on two separate occasions.

Charles Gray, 41, and Denise Servin, 35, were arraigned in Twin Falls County Magistrate Court Wednesday on two felony counts each of delivery of a controlled substance. According to court documents, on August 27th, 2015 Gray agreed to meet a confidential informant working with the Twin Falls Police Department at Swensen's Market.

Gray allegedly sold the informant .6 grams of meth during the first controlled buy. Police say a second controlled buy was conducted less than two weeks later on September 9th, 2015 in the same location. Gray allegedly agreed to sell the informant 1.75 grams, or a 'teener' during the second buy.

Both Servin and Gray were arrested Tuesday for the deliveries. Police say Gray made the deliveries and Servin provided the vehicle and was present during the exchanges. Preliminary hearings for both are scheduled for February 12th.
