BURLEY, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Three people were injured in Burley Saturday when a three-wheel motorcycle collided with a car on Bedke Boulevard in Burley.  Idaho’s First News Reports that Police say the accident happened about 10:15pm.

According to reports, Maxine Anderson 62, of Twin Falls and Brent Thompson 66, of Rupert were traveling on a three wheeled motorcycle when they collided with a car driven by Lucia Martinez 66, of Burley. According to the police report she allegedly turned onto Conant Avenue in front of the motorcycle. No one on the motorcycle was wearing helmets police say.

Martinez was taken to Cassia Regional Medical Center. Both victims on the motorcycle were transported to the Cassia Regional Medical Center where they were later transported to the University of Utah Medical Facility by air ambulance. Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the accident. The investigation continues and any charges are pending.
