GOODING, Idaho (KLIX)- Fire crews are working to contain a fire just North of Gooding. According to the Bureau of Lands Management the Highway 46 MM 123 fire started Wednesday afternoon about 10 miles North of Gooding. It has burned more than 700 acres of grass and brush. Officials say there are multiple aircraft, six BLM engines, one water tender, two dozers, and four SEAT's working to control the fire. They hope to have it fully contained by September 14th. The cause of the fire is not known at this time. Two fire investigators are on scene.
