Shoshone, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The wildfire burning north of the Ice Caves, north of Shoshone has officially burned an estimated 119 acres.

That number is down from the 220 estimated acres that was reported Monday. The Bureau of Land Management said there are no structures threatened. Six engines, a water tender and a dozer were sent to the scene.

Crews were able to contain the fire at midnight Monday Night/Tuesday Morning and the BLM is estimating they will have the fire controlled around 10 am Wednesday. At this time officials are not sure what ignited the fire.
