Do Whites Owe Blacks Reparations? (Opinion)

200 years ago someone who looked like you may have been nasty to someone who looked unlike you.  Does that mean you need to write a check today as an apology?  Does the federal government need to share your tax money with groups claiming aggrieved status because ancestors were held in bondage?  Just who is a claimant?  Descendants of African slaves?  Irish slaves?  Chinese laborers?
