BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Boise man has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide for his role in a deadly wreck in October. KTVB-TV reports that 22-year-old Ersan Lukovac said in court he remembers nothing about the collision that killed 70-year-old Susan Wymer. Court documents say Lukovac had been speeding, swerving and driving into oncoming traffic before the Oct. 16 crash. Wymer had to be cut out of her car by paramedics. .

She died hours later at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center. Lukovac entered an Alford plea, a type of guilty plea that allows a defendant to maintain that they are innocent while acknowledging that there is enough evidence to convict them of the crime. Sentencing has been set for July 15.
