BOISE, Idaho (AP) — An eastern Idaho woman says a state trooper coerced her into having sex with him in an Idaho State Police vehicle. The Idaho Statesman reports that the woman filed a complaint against ISP on Wednesday. According to court documents, ISP detective Ryan Blackhawk arranged to meet the woman in October, 2013 to discuss her federal drug charges after sending sexually explicit text messages to her.

The woman says she felt forced to have sex with Blackhawk in his patrol vehicle while parked in an ISP parking lot. The complaint goes on to say Blackhawk supposedly threatened the woman not to tell anyone what happen or he would ruin her life. Federal drug charges were later dismissed.
