Road construction weary motorists in Twin Falls will have still more orange cones to dodge soon.  The Twin Falls City Council decided Monday night to begin repairs on some of the worst parts of Eastland Drive North.  It will take between 4 and 6 million dollars from reserve funds the city now has to repair the intersection of Addison Ave. East and Eastland Drive, along with stretches of roadway from Filer Ave. to Stadium Blvd. and Elizabeth to 4th Ave.  The roadway has been deteriorating for some time but no plans had been made in budgeting to fix it.
