Call it a case of fowl play.

Someone mysteriously left a giant KFC bucket in the yard outside of a home in Waynesboro, Georgia.

The seven-foot tall bucket is quite a relic. The property's owner says it's probably 40 years old because it says 'Kentucky Fried Chicken,' instead of 'KFC,' as the restaurant is currently called.

Meanwhile, neither the owner nor the woman who lives in the house has any beef with the bucket. They plan to place it on a pole so everyone can get a good view of it. The resident has a great sense of humor about the whole thing, noting, "It's unusual, but it makes really good landmarks when people come to our house. You can just say, 'Come down to the giant KFC bucket and turn right.'"

Of course, if they fill that bucket with some extra crispy, they just might have to start turning people away.
