The 31st annual Western Days kicks off in Twin Falls this Friday, June 1st with the parade set for 10 am on Saturday. The parade is one of the best of the year in Twin Falls, but also brings with it many closed roads both before and after the parade. We have your complete list.

Road Closures

  • Falls Avenue from Blue Lakes to Harrison Street from 7 am to 1 pm. This area is a staging location for the parade floats.
  • Addison Avenue will also be closed from Harrison Street to Elm Street from 9 am until 1 pm.
  • Blue Lakes Boulevard North from Falls Avenue to Shoshone Street and Addison Avenue will be closed from 9 am to 1 pm. The southbound lane of Blue Lakes Boulevard North in this section will be closed at 8:30 am for the Magic Valley Community Fun Run marathon.
  • Shoshone Street from Addison Avenue to Second Avenue South will be closed from 9 am until 1 pm. The southbound lane of Shoshone Street in this section will be closed at 8:30 am. for the Magic Valley Community Fun Run marathon.

Western Days Parade Route

The Western Days Parade will be following the traditional route which begins on Falls Avenue, turns south on to Blue Lakes Boulevard North and runs all the way down to Five Points where the parade transitions on to Shoshone Street. The parade finishes at 2nd Avenue South.
