The Magic Valley Arts Council presents the 3rd lecture of the 2013 Brown Bag Lecture Series on Friday, March 29.  This lecture will be presented from 12-1pm at the Twin Falls Center for the Arts at 195 River Vista Place in Twin Falls.

Liyah Babayan will present her personal journey of assimilation into the ever shifting and changing American Culture.  Her relocation to America, the unique experience of no longer being a refugee, but not yet an American, the fundamental, steps and stages, the zero generation immigrants (her family) took in preparing for American life, and at the same time preserving their heritage and cultural values.

The lectures are open to the public and free of charge.  People are encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch.  For more information, call 734 ARTS.
