Filer Public Hearing – Rezoning

The City of Filer will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15 at 7:30 pm, to be held at the Filer City Hall, 300 Main Street, Filer, to consider the Zoning Designation and annexation of certain real property owned by the Filer Rural Fire District, and located north of the existing City limits north of Highway 30, east of the bank property on Fair Avenue, east and north of the Hannebaum Subdivision, and south and west of the Twin Falls County Fairgrounds property, Twin Falls County.

There will also be a public hearing the same night at the same place to consider a request to rezone all parcels located in the Hannebaum subdivision from R-A Residential to C-1 Commercial Zoning District.
