Wood River Fire and Rescue say the explosion happened at 2:30 Wednesday afternoon near Picabo, Idaho, east of Fairfield. Craig Adamson, of Carey, Idaho, was working with Lee Andreas of Firth, Idaho to transfer fuel from one truck to another when Andreas' trailer ignited and exploded. According to the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, Andreas was standing between the trucks and was knocked to the ground.  His jacket caught fire but it was quickly put out.  He was examined by emergency crews at the scene but refused to be taken to the hospital. Adamson was on top of the fuel trailer when it exploded.
