Filer Man Charged With Reckless Driving In Accident That Killed CSI Students

According to the Times-News, the Twin Falls County prosecutor filed the charge against Kade D. Laughlin on May 5^th. 18-year-old Ryan Reinhardt and 19-year-old Devon Austin of Coeur d'Alene both died in the accident that occurred last September. 19-year-old Jessica Duran was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash. She told police that Laughlin was chasing their vehicle after they left a party. Laughlin has already pleaded guilty to driving under the influence the night of the accident. His preliminary hearing has been set for June 21.
