Former Twin Falls Judge Charged Again

Burley, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Nicole Cannon, a former Twin Falls County Magistrate Judge has been charged with driving with an open container of Alcohol. Authorities allege that she was driving with the open container on June 7.

According to court records, she is scheduled to be arraigned July 1, in Cassia County. This following a December 2012 plea deal on a April 2012 DUI charge. She was sentenced to 160 hours of community service or 20 days in Jail. She was ordered to pay a $1278.50 fine, attend 16 yours of alcohol/DUI education classes and to attend a victim’s panel.
