Gooding police say they have arrested four individuals who they believe are responsible for an armed robbery in Gooding earlier this week.

Two male juveniles were arrested Wednesday night and two men were arrested Thursday evening in connection with a Monday robbery at the Steve’s Quick Service in Gooding.  The Times News reports that 18 year old Emiliano Contreras of Gooding was taken into custody on a traffic stop in Gooding. Contreras was booked into the Gooding County Jail on a felony arrest warrant for armed robbery.  18 year old Santos Gutierrez, also of Gooding, was booked into the Gooding County Jail on a felony charge of accessory to armed robbery.  The firearms believed to be used in the crime were also recovered.  Officers from the Gooding Police Department and the Gooding County Sheriff’s Office made the Wednesday night.

The two juvenile suspects were taken to the Snake River Detention Center. Two of the men appeared to have been armed with handguns. The clerk was held at gunpoint by two men, while a third took items from the store.  All of the men had their faces covered with masks. They left the store and went west on foot.
