Four in Rupert Charged with Various Drug Crimes

RUPERT, Id. (KMVT/KSVT) Four people were arrested in Minidoka County on Friday, September 11 stemming from drug charges. Sheriff Eric Snarr said over a pound of marijuana was seized along with 3 guns and $20,084 in cash.

Snarr said that Terry Lee Maybin, 56 of Rupert was charged with trafficking Marijuana, Possession of a controlled substance and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. Jamie Lee Croft, 26 of Rupert, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, Methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. She was released on her own recognizance.

Andrew Russell Jackson 21. of Rupert, Idaho was charged with two (2) counts delivery of a controlled substance (Marijuana) and two (2) counts of possession of controlled substance. His bail was set at $10,000.00. Joshua Wayne Maybin 25 Rupert, Idaho was charged with drug paraphernalia and frequenting. He posted a $600.00 bond.
