Francisco Cardona-Rodriguez pleaded guilty Tuesday to conspiracy to manufacture/distribute 1,000 or more marijuana plants during a hearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge Candy Dale in Boise. Co-defendants Heber Franco-Lombera of Bieber, Calif., along with Jose Cardona-Ramirez and Victoria Villa-Gonzalez, both of Caldwell, Idaho, pleaded guilty to the same charge last month.
