Here are some free breast cancer resources available in Southern Idaho for low-income and underinsured women.

If you don't think you aren't able to afford cancer screenings and mammograms, you might have options through South Central Public Health District.  They offer services through the Women's Health Check program.

Women’s Health Check helps low-income, uninsured, and underinsured women gain access to breast and cervical cancer screenings and diagnostic services.

  • Clinical breast examinations.
  • Mammograms.
  • Pap tests.
  • Pelvic examinations.
  • Human papillomavirus (HPV) tests.
  • Diagnostic testing if results are abnormal.
  • Referrals to treatment.

There's a simple survey you can take to see if you qualify for any of these services.
