30-year-old Gabriel Baker will spend the next 8-10 years in prison for his part for a in a home invasion robbery in Deitrich in March. Judge John Butler handed down the sentence yesterday after Baker pleaded guilty in August. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s office says Baker and three other suspects forced their way into the home of David and Colleen Conner on March 9th. David Conner was tied up and held at gun point while the suspects forced Colleen Conner to show them the homes valuables. According to the man who tipped off authorities about the suspects, 22-year-old Aaron Donabedian helped in the robbery in order to pay for a circumcision for his baby. Donabedian was later arrested and identified Baker along with 27-year-old Jeremiah Bennett and 30-year old Jamie Taylor as his partners in the crime. Baker, is the third of the four defendants who have pleaded guilty in the case.
