The Twin Falls Urban Renewal Agency is expected to approve Glanbia Food’s plan to build a new 10 million dollar complex downtown tomorrow. Glanbia says it wants to build the new facility at the current site of the former Kruizer’s nightclub building on 4th Avenue South. Plans call for at least two new buildings, a 33,000 square foot corporate headquarters building and an innovation center building of at least 13,000 square feet.  Glanbia expects the project to cost between $10 to $15 million dollars and would house between 100-150 employees. Glnbia hopes to have the project completed sometime next year. The URA will meet tomorrow morning at the Twin Falls City Council chambers to discuss the plans.
