GOODING, Idaho (KLIX) – A Gooding man was sent to the hospital early Sunday morning after being involved in single vehicle crash just outside of Gooding.

Idaho State Police investigated the rollover a little before 3:30 a.m. Sunday at East 2100 South, about two miles southwest of Gooding.

According to ISP, 26-year-old Aristeo Mendez-Dominguez was driving a 1993 Honda Accord west on East 2100 South, approaching South 1700 East, when he lost control of the vehicle.  The vehicle went off the north side of the road and rolled.

Mendez-Dominguez was not wearing a seat belt, ISP says, and was ejected from the vehicle. He was transported to Saint Alphonsus in Boise by air ambulance.

ISP is investigating the incident.
