Super Bowl Sunday saw Korey Hall starting for the super bowl champs..the Green Bay Packers. Hall had lost the starting job to John Kuhn earlier in the season when he had a knee injury, but the roles are now reversed with Kuhn having health issues. In the history of the NFL, there haven't been many Super Bowl starters from Idaho. Sandpoint native Jerry Kramer started on the offensive line for the Green Bay Packers in Super Bowl I and II. In 2003, Fruitland's Jordan Gross started on the O-line for the Carolina Panthers and in Super Bowl XLI Nampa native Rob Morris was a starting linebacker for the Indianapolis Colts.
