Glamping in Idaho is a thing. What is glamping? It's camping with all kinds of crazy amenities that most of us regular folks will never afford.

I saw this on The Travel Channel. It featured a bunch of people near Sun Valley (surprise, surprise) going glamping. The exact Wikipedia definition is this.

Glamping is a portmanteau of glamour and camping and describes a style of camping with amenities and, in some cases, resort-style services not usually associated with "traditional" camping. Glamping has become particularly popular with 21st century tourists seeking the luxuries of hotel accommodation alongside the escapism and adventure recreation of camping.

What the heckfire is a portmanteau? I guess if I had gone glamping I would know.

I'm not into class warfare. If you have lots of money, I'm happy for you. But, isn't the point of camping to get away from all the amenities?

Inquiring minds want to know if you've gone glamping. If so, can I borrow $10.
