Hazing Trial will remain in Eastern Idaho

Magistrate Judge Charles Roos at a hearing on Tuesday said questioning of potential jurors in Bingham County will determine whether an unbiased jury can be seated. Jury selection could run through Thursday. Attorneys for Nathan Walker and Logan Chidester say the two 19-year-olds can't receive a fair trial involving the allegations police say occurred during the 2009-2010 basketball season in a school locker room and school bus. The two initially faced felony sex abuse charges. Those charges were dropped but not before generating extensive news coverage.
