UPDATE: the dog involved in the crash has been located and is being treated.

On April 16th, 2015, at 12:27 am, Idaho State Police investigated an injury crash westbound on Interstate 84 at mile marker 148, in Gooding County.

Terry D. Johnson, 42, of Bothell, WA, was driving westbound on Interstate 84 in a 1999 GMC Envoy. Johnson drove into the median, overcorrected, came back across both the westbound lanes and rolled into a nearby field north of the interstate.

Johnson had a 10 year old German Shephard Dog that ran away from the scene and has not been located.

There was no lane blockage.

Johnson was transported by ground ambulance to North Canyon Medical Center in Gooding. Johnson was wearing his seatbelt.
