Idaho Prefers Locusts to Californians

California is a pejorative across much of America. 

There are good people living there with a wish to escape.  Many of them come to Idaho.

According to a story from the Sacramento Bee, many Idahoans see the Golden State newcomers as comparable to locusts.  While it may hurt the feelings of locusts, it isn’t stopping the emigres from California.  Some even suggest conservative Californians are fleeing here and making Idaho even more deep red politically.
