The Idaho Red Cross  is sending two mental health volunteers to help tornado victims in the south. The American Red Cross of Greater Idaho has sent two disaster mental health volunteers, Arlo Siegersman of Boise and Ken Fallon of Idaho Falls, to help with tornado relief operations in Mississippi.  The volunteers are licensed mental health professionals who will be able to provide psychological triage, crisis intervention and psychological support for the people affected by tornadoes.  Sue Robinson, CEO of the Greater Idaho Chapter says she received word that specialty volunteers were needed to assist with relief operations and they put out the call to their mental health team. more than 300 homes have been destroyed or received major damage in the area.
