Idaho Supreme Court Rules On Water Issues

Several of the major issues regarding the debate over southern Idaho water were addressed this week by the Idaho Supreme Court.  This debate has been going on since a 2005 water call on groundwater pumpers in the Magic Valley was made by Clearn Springs Foods and Blue Lakes Trout Farm, claiming their water rights had been endangered by others with more junior rights.  Read more in the Times News article.
