BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A southwestern Idaho woman authorities say hasn't filed an Idaho income tax return since 1995 has been ordered to file them for four of those missing years. The Idaho Statesman reports in a story on Tuesday that Geneva McInroy of Weiser has been ordered to file Idaho returns for 2008 through 2011. Third District Court Judge Susan Wiebe issued the order for the four years during which tax officials say McInroy had income of more than $150,000. Tax Commission Chairman Rich Jackson says if officials don't take action against scofflaws it's not fair to taxpayers who follow the law.
