BOISE, Idaho (AP) — A Malad City woman says she's frustrated that the Idaho Supreme Court has backed up a state judge's decision declaring her a vexatious litigant. The status means Holli Lundahl Telford can't file new cases without permission from a judge.

She was the first person to challenge the new law to the state Supreme Court. Court records show she has also been designated a vexatious litigant by the states of Utah, California, Montana, Idaho's federal court, the 9th and 10th U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

An Idaho judge in 2011 took similar action against Telford because of her record of at least three losing lawsuit in the last seven years. Telford told The Associated Press on Tuesday she's in disbelief that the state Supreme Court didn't side with her.
