It took me 20 years to develop a taste for coffee.  It took me more than 40 years to develop a taste for tea.

Anything that makes you grimace when you sip it or burns going down doesn’t inspire me to acquisition.

Acquired tastes are what we used to call them.  I have to admit I’ve never acquired a taste for whiskey, wine and liquor.  Anything that makes you grimace when you sip it or burns going down doesn’t inspire me to acquisition.  Sometimes I realize I may be missing out on something and I’ve got nothing against people who like wine.  And, it’s becoming big business in Idaho.  The recognition comes from a publication known as Great Northwest Wine.
